Dexia Bank is the second largest financial group in Belgium and, besides having a large share of the retail clients on the Belgian market, it also has an important position as bank assurer, portfolio manager, reference banker for the public and non-profit sector, and in private banking.

Total e-learning solution

In 2003, Dexia Bank chose U&I Learning as a partner to develop a complete e-learning solution to be used for training more than 3,500 employees concerning its new in-house software, in more than 1,300 branches. In the context of this e-learning project, a learning management system, LS5, was installed and four tailor-made courses were developed.

Documentation for the intranet

Dexia Bank also called on U&I Learning's services for its internal documentation. With the aid of the Information Mapping® method, U&I Learning improved the texts that were published on Dexia Bank's Intranet.
