Are you the driven sales profile, with an eye for interesting and big deals? Are you a no-nonsense ABC type sales representative (Always Be Closing) we are looking for?

Function Description

As an Freelance Sales Representative FLOWSPARKS®, you are a business developer with great expertise. You know how to translate the needs of our customers into the most appropriate solutions. So, in one word, you are a natural born partner for UNI-Learning.

In your role as Freelance Sales Representative FLOWSPARKS®, you are the SPOC for your customers, you follow up their projects from A to Z and you keep track to guarantee an optimized cooperation. Customer satisfaction is your top priority, since happy customers are the key success factor of our blooming organization.

As a Freelance Sales Representative FLOWSPARKS®, you promote and position our product FLOWSPARKS.

Therefore you communicate and consult with the UNI-Learning Management Team at the headquarters in Belgium in order to optimise our collaboration.


  • Solution Selling Skills​. We need a forward thinking seller who understands how organizations plan projects, make decisions, and do the math prior to purchase. You need to be experienced with a multi-touch approach, and skilled in the art of getting to the right decision makers to make the sale go forward.
  • Ability to create an amazing contact list of prospects for our unique product FLOW
  • You take the responsibility for the sales growth of FLOWSPARKS® for your region. In close cooperation with the HQ Management Team in Belgium.
  • You are a good communicator and you have excellent negotiation skills.
  • Pro-active and customer orientated in order to manage client expectations and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Fast learner to stay up to date on the FLOWSPARKS® product (with support of the UNI-Learning Development Team) and to be able to familiarize yourself with the different customer environments and relate to the needs of your customers.


  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree is required.
  • You are a native German speaker and fluent in English.
  • You are eager to learn and excel your goals.
  • Motivated and having a ‘YES, CAN DO’ mentality.
  • Problem solving and collaboration with the teams in Belgium.
  • Living in Germany, and willing to travel once a month to Belgium HQ.
  • Proven track in solution selling.
  • Have a sense of humour and creativity to build new business.
